Methods of Payment:

We are registered to accept and process the following payment types.

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Western Union
  • Money Orders*
  • Personal Cheques*

* Note that orders will be placed on hold for 7 business days or until merchant bank completes payment process.

Shipping and Handling:

A separate shipping and handling charge will appear on your invoice. All orders will be insured for the value of the goods contained. This modest charge will be added to the final invoice cost. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box numbers.

Foreign Orders:

All orders for export will be shipped via the most economical international shipping agency (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc) as selected by the customer or as designated by our shipping agent. All international order must be insured. This cost will appear on the carriers invoice. In all cases additional shipping and handling charges will be billed to your credit card. The customer will be responsible for all applicable tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees. Contact our customer service order desk, or send an email for quotes on international orders.

Return Policy:

Satisfaction guaranteed- we will repair or replace items we determine to be defective or that deviate from our standards in materials and/or workmanship. Items returned in saleable condition may be returned for a refund of the product cost, less a restocking fee, if returned within 30 days of receipt. The amount of the restocking fee is calculated at a % the total sale. Our return policy does not apply to custom orders. Cancellation of custom orders will result in forfeit of the deposits received. Cancellation fees are intended to cover materials used, services provided, work performed, and shipping charges. Shipping and rush charges are non-refundable.

Privacy Notice:

We are strongly committed to maintaining the privacy of our customer’s information. When you place an order with Unique Carved Door, we collect and securely store the information we receive from you. This information is used to process your orders and to effectively tailor our communications to you. We do not sell, share or trade email addresses or specific details about your purchases; nor do we release credit card, financial or survey data for marketing use by third party companies. We do not participate in or contribute to shared databases that would give other companies access to that information. We do provide our shippers, printers, and mailers with the information they need to complete their task. We will also use your email information to advise you of new monthly online arrivals or upcoming show specials. If you prefer that your name be removed from our mailing list for future mailings, or you have an address change and want to remain active on our mailing list, please call or write us.
